Right away after placing the order you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the request and a link to click on. On an ongoing basis, via email, we inform you the order status.

TIME OF ORDER WITHIN POLAND

In our optical boutique orders are carried out in express mode up to 5h (available in Warsaw), as well as the normal mode of delivery in 24 hours.

DELIVERY ON WEEKDAYS

On the same day in Warsaw: order is carried out in an express mode 5h if provided up to 11:00* AM!
The next day in Poland: order is carried out within 1 business day, in case it has been placed before 03:00 PM*.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF PL:

Shipping time depends on the availability of products and the delivery time depends on destination of delivery - country.

*Important:

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, after order confirmation, if the chosen product is available in stock at our warehouse. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are shipped on the same day.
Orders confirmed after 4 pm are performed at the next working day.
Orders placed on public holidays are implement at the first working day after the day off.
In the case of ordering accesories, if the product is not available at the moment in our warehouse, for shipment date should be added the time of delivery your product from overseas from the Producer.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

With each product is given a term that describes when the products can be sent by us - 24 hours ("Shipment in 24h") or 14 days ("Shipment in 14 days"). In the case of orders fulfilled from the central Manufacturer warehouse, the specified delivery time is due to the fact that we import the product for you directly from abroad.
