Return and replacement

 

O-shop.com is an authorized Oakley store which sells only original Oakley products. All Oakley products are covered by a two year manufacturer's warranty.

 

 

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (RETURN)

 

The Consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract without reason. Each Customer is entitled to return the optical frames (purchased without corrective lenses) or sunglasses within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason, by submitting this period statement of withdrawal from the contract without giving any reason. In order to facilitate the mutual settlement between the parties, it is recommended that the customer solving the agreement was signed and sent an adjustment invoice within 14 days.

How to return a product using the form of return?

 

  1. To withdraw from the contract customer is obliged to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. For this purpose, you can print and fill out the return form, that is  FORM - attached to the shipment of from the website.
  2. Pack the items together with completed form and proof of purchase.

Very important!

 

  1. Do not forget to include proof of purchase in form of VAT invoice or receipt that was included in your order, or its photocopy.
  2. Please note that the returned goods can not be used.

  3. We will refund the payment within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. Form of return will be the same as the form of the payment.

  4. The costs of returning the goods to the store are borne by the store.

 

 

 

 

REPLACEMENT

 

Each optical frames (purchased without corrective lenses) or sunglasses offered in the online store can be replaced within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The customer that exchanges the goods required to sign and return the correcting invoice. Details regarding return and replacement can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

 

 

 

How to replace the product?

 

  1. Please fill out the FORM - attached to the shipment of from the website.
  2. Pack the items together with completed form and proof of purchase.

Very important!

 

  1. Do not forget to include proof of purchase in the form of invoice or receipt, which were attached to received your order.

  2. Please note that goods can not bear signs of use.

  3. Once we receive your shipment our Customer Service will contact you to confirm the payment adjustment and the availability of goods.

  4. If the product you purchased is more expensive than the product that you want in exchange we will ask you to transfer the difference. If your chosen product is cheaper than the purchased one, we will refund the difference within 14 days from the date of receipt. 

  5. If the product is available in our store, after the settlement (receiving your payment) we will send it within 24 hours. Product shipping date will confirm by e-mail on request.

  6. The costs of returning the goods to the store are borne by the store.
