SHIPPING FORMS

Shipments are delivered by DPD International Parcel Service from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, while by X-press Couriers - within Warsaw. All packages are insured for the amount of 5000 PLN and carefully packed.

Please note!

Each customer is asked to check the package in the presence of the courier. In case of damage during transport, only the damage report (prepared with the courier on a special printing - that has a courier who delivered), it is the basis for the complaint. According to the Regulations of companies DPD, X-press Couriers and GLS, courier is obliged to participate in the visual inspection of the package.
